As you know our next meet is this coming Tuesday, June 4th. Please see important details below.

• Arrival: 4:45 for warmups and meet will start promptly at 5:30.
• The Branches Club is located at 1318 Winding Branch Circle, Dunwoody, GA 30338.
• Parking: We are able to use their parking lot. They ask that we do not drive over the bridge to the clubhouse. In the case of overflow, no parking signs will be placed around one side of Winding Branch Circle, please ask families not to park where marked.
• Our bullpens will be located outside the pool gates on the grassy area near the playground. You are welcome to bring tents. We will open the gate under our tennis pavilion (grotto area) for your swimmers to enter and exit the bullpen area for staging events on the pool deck.
• They are asking all families to please stay off the brick pool deck during the meet in order to keep it clear for swimmer line-ups and staging. There will be some room to watch the meet on our wooden pool deck as well as up above in our tennis pavilion.
• Concessions will be open that evening and located on the parking lot side of our clubhouse. Cash and credit cards are accepted. We will have pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs, salad and various snacks/candy/drinks.
• Volunteers: please know what you have volunteered for and check in prior to the meet and/or shift change. We can always use extra hands- just let us know if you are available!
• Neon: our theme this week is neon! Please consider wearing some additional neon flare to make the night extra fun! 
• Bring your own swim caps, goggles and towels.
• We will be selling T-shirts this coming Monday, June 3rd during morning practices. Previous years t-shirts will be $10 and this year's model will be $18 (while supplies last!)
  

Please supervise your kids and remind them we are guests of the Branches. Let's show them our appreciation by being respectful of their property and cleaning up trash during and at the end of the meet.
