    Hey everyone!

Please read through the important information regarding our first meet!!

Parking: The DNDC parking lot will be reserved for our team. Once parking fills up, cars may park on one side of the street on Kingsgate Dr (there will be NO PARKING signs on the side to not park on) or nearby streets.

Team Area and Bullpens: Our team and bullpens can be set up on the left side after you enter the gate. There is a covered area with picnic tables but I do suggest bringing a couple tents if your team likes to spread out and want additional shade. Our deck chairs easily get marked up from the Sharpie on the kids' backs and arms, so we ask you to please lay towels down to help us try to prevent that.

Volunteers: Please visit Swimtopia prior to the swim meet to know what you are signed up for and what your volunteer commitment entails (details can be found on Swimtopia->Team->Volunteer Positions). There will be a volunteer check-in table prior to the meet beginning, where you can get your materials and lanyard. Please check in by 5pm if you are first shift (events 1-43) and 2nd shift listen for announcer for shift change (events 44-86). If for some reason you cannot fulfill your role please let us know ASAP and try to find someone to take your spot. Timers, Judges, and Recorders should meet in the clubhouse at 5:15pm for the meeting with the Official. An announcer will make an announcement.

Rain Delay: In case of a delay due to weather, we ask away teams to wait either under the covered pavilion or in their cars until a decision is made.

Please supervise your kids and remind them we are guests of Dunwoody North. Let's show them our appreciation by being respectful of their property and cleaning up trash during and at the end of the meet.

And, lastly, if you haven't downloaded the Swimptopia App- I'd highly recommend doing so! It allows you to see detailed info about your swimmers events in real time.

THANK YOU and see you Tuesday morning @ practice! At that practice you will get your events.
